Supplier Invoices

Supplier invoice requests are used for payment of goods and services to outside vendors (UPPM 70.16) when an invoice is received from the vendor.

The invoice must have a printed heading and include an itemized list of the materials or services supplied. Monthly statements are not acceptable unless supported by itemized invoices. A State of Washington Invoice Voucher may be used in lieu of an invoice (see UPPM 30.45).

Things to remember…

  • A supplier must have a Supplier ID before a a supplier invoice request can be created. See below for instructions on how to create a supplier invoice request, create a supplier profile, and how to update and/or change a supplier profile.
  • If the goods and services were purchased using a Purchase Order (PO), the items cannot be paid by a supplier invoice request. Contact EBOT if you need help paying an invoice from a PO.

Supplier Invoice Forms

Tip

Searching by “Supplier: (Name of Supplier)” will narrow search results to Supplier profiles only. If a link for the supplier name does not come up under the search bar, then a supplier profile will need to be created.
