Since there are a number of organizations who work together to make the Grays Harbor County Fair come to life in our community, there are multiple places to search for information and deadlines.  While some of these dates are established by partner organizations in the community, they should be posted and shared as soon as possible through the course of the year in the News Blast and on the 4-H Calendar, which is available at http://extension.wsu.edu/graysharbor/4-h/calendar/

Meeting the April 1st 4-H Enrollment Fair Eligibility deadline is the way for youth to become eligible to exhibit 4-H Projects at the GH 4-H County Fair.  When those exhibits are related to animal projects, some of the other deadlines to consider are:
March 2 & June 1 – GH 4-H Horse Council Mandatory Meetings for Horse Project Exhibitors

March 28, 2026 – (Market Beef – 120 days) 4‑H Youth Member’s regular care and management date
