Grays Harbor County 4-H could not have an educational impact in our local community without the time dedicated by volunteers. For this we are very thankful!

The GivePulse volunteer hours reporting system has been selected by Washington State University to help volunteers document the hours they spend working on behalf or Washington State University 4-H Youth Development.  GivePulse replaces the previously used volunteer hours database.  Volunteers must be approved in 4-HOnline before they can utilize this program to record volunteer hours.

Reporting of volunteer’s hours documents coverage for injuries they might sustain and it is also documentation for the liability coverage WSU provides to its volunteers. Additionally, volunteer hours are a powerful reporting tool for WSU Extension to demonstrate the broad-based support for our programming by citizens across Washington State.

All volunteers are required to log into the Grays Harbor County group on GivePulse each month to report their hours. This includes anything that you have done with your 4-H club, fair events, 4-H meetings, 4-H council meetings, etc.  The Grays Harbor County group can be found here:  https://wsu.givepulse.com/group/453113

Some helpful how-to videos are available on the WSU 4-H Volunteer Training and Resources page:  https://extension.wsu.edu/4h/for-volunteers/volunteer-training/

If you have any questions/problems with reporting your volunteer hours contact the 4-H Program Coordinator.
