Order New Badge

*If you are currently in need of a badge, please place orders by June 30th to be included in the June order. After the June order, the “New Badge Ordering Process” outlined below will take effect and the next order will be placed on October 1st.


New Badge Ordering Process: 

Badges will be ordered from our vendor two times a year: once on April 1st and once on October 1st.

April 1st

  • Please mail your check to the office between March 1st – March 25th.
  • Checks deposited & order placed by coordinator on April 1st.
  • Badges mailed out to volunteers following week.

October 1st

  • Checks to be mailed to office between September 1st – September 25th.
  • Checks deposited & order placed by coordinator on October 1st.
  • Badges mailed out to volunteers following week.

  • To place your order, please send a check for $8.50 in accordance with the timeframes above.
  • Checks can be made out to: WSU Pierce County Master Gardeners
  • Checks mailed to: 3602 Pacific Avenue, Suite 200, Tacoma, WA 98418
