Plan, Shop, Save Cook (PSSC) is a nutrition curriculum developed by the University of California’s CalFresh Nutrition Education Program and based on a lesson from Eating Smart • Being Active.
Plan, Shop, Save, Cook focuses on food budgeting strategies while also making nutritious food choices. Washington SNAP-Ed program uses this curriculum with adults, seniors and older youth (high school students grade 9-12).

  • Saving Money
  • Cooking a Meal
