Preserve Tomatoes!

Learn to safely preserve tomatoes and tomato products such as salsa, ketchup, bbq sauce, and more. This workshop will provide instruction on using the water bath canning method, safe recipes for tomato products, and methods to help make the preservation process more efficient for these types of products. The workshop will also provide some additional information for freezing and drying tomato products.
