Annual Financial Reports
Annual reports should be compiled and placed in a 3-ring binder. The required 4-H Club financial reports, for and financial information are listed below that need to be in the 3-ring binder.
- Treasures Book to include ledger
- Secretary’s Book-minutes from all Club meetings
- Monthly bank statements, dated October 2023-September 2024
- Current copy of bank signature card
- All receipts and deposit slips
- Annual Financial Summary Report
- Property Inventory Form
Where to send annual financial reports?
You can drop off your annual financial reports at the Ritzville Extension Office, 205 W Main, or at the Davenport Extension Office, 303 6th Street by October 31st.
Annual Budget Report
The 4-H Club Plan & Budget is due December 15th.
