Fruit Tree Pruning Workshop – Two Sessions Over Two Days

Increase the beauty and productivity of your fruit trees. Timely pruning can improve the shape, strength, and fruit set of your trees and help reduce pest and disease pressure.

This informative two-part pruning class will be facilitated by locally renowned fruit tree expert Monica Maggio.

Part One is a Friday evening lecture, delivered via Zoom, that will cover general pruning theory.

Part Two is an early Saturday afternoon session in an orchard and will include hands-on practice with techniques for the best cuts on fruit trees.


DATE/TIME:
Part One Friday, May 31, 2024 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., via Zoom
Part Two Saturday, June 1, 2024 from noon to 2 p.m., in an orchard

LOCATION: Provided with registration.
Friday Zoom details will be shared closer to May 31.
The orchard session on Saturday, June 1 will be in the Hazel Dell neighborhood of Vancouver, WA.

COST: $50
