PreventT2 Success Stories

Bobbi lost over 100 pounds in less than a year. "I just wanted to be more active and didn't think I would actually lose any weight,” said Bobbi. “The biggest change for me was that I cared if I was active and about what I ate. I learned a better way of eating and was motivated to be more active.” New groups starting soon! Space is limited! Contact us today to see if you are eligible.
“My doctor is very, very happy with all of my results and she credits this class. I find the comradery and instruction so helpful. I feel like I have another family.” -CJ
Mike just wanted a lifestyle change to improve his health. “At the age of 58 my glucose level had reached an unhealthy level as had my weight. I was starting to feel old and wanted to make a lifestyle change that could help me improve my health. The program was fairly easy to implement and I was soon losing 1-2 pounds a week. I am sleeping better and no longer rely on acid reducers to prevent reflux. I am benefiting greatly from the lifestyle changes I have made.” New groups starting soon! Space is limited.
