Plant Clinic -Ocean Shores

The Master Gardeners of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties will be hosting a Plant Clinic on September 24th from 10am to 2pm at the Ace Hardware in Ocean
Shores.
Common questions for the Master Gardener volunteers are:
- What plants grow best in the Pacific Northwest?
- What can I grow in the maritime environment?
- How can I test my soil?
- What will I have problems growing where I live?
To help us better diagnose a plant problem, please try to share as much of the following information as possible:
- What type of damage are you seeing and when did it start?
- Which parts of the plant are affected: flower, leaf, stem, fruit, etc.?
- How is the plant watered and how much?
- Where is the plant located; in a garden bed or in the lawn, next to a driveway or house, in full or part sun, facing what direction?
Sharing photographs of your plant problem, plant identification or insect identification is helpful. Please bring a sample if you can. To learn about preparing samples for diagnosis, please see Preparing Your Specimens for the Plant Clinic.
