2018 Annual Garden Tour
Five beautiful gardens on the south coast will open on July 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s the once-a-year chance to peek behind the garden gate to enjoy delightful plantings representing a variety of gardening styles, all inventive and brilliantly colorful. 1st Saturday Workshop – Pests, Pests, and More Pests
The workshop will focus on some of the more common pests that we are asked about and are found in our area. We will take a look at what their actual role in our ecosystems are (besides eating our favorite plants!) and discuss how much of their presence we can tolerate until it’s time to take action with various management options. Introduction to Vegetable Gardening series – Plan Your Garden Part 1
The Master Gardeners of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties are presenting a series of five spring webinars for those new to growing vegetables in the Northwest. Beginning Thursday, March 18th, these programs will alternate between Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Each webinar has an individual registration link. Monthly Master Gardener Plant Clinic in Ocean Shores
Plant Clinics in Ocean Shores Four Saturday Plant Clinics are scheduled at Buck Electric Ace Hardware, located at 641 Point Brown Ave NW, in Ocean Shores. Master Gardener Volunteers will be on hand to answer your plant questions from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the following Saturdays: June 19th July 24th August 21st September 25th If you do have a plant question, please bring a sample of that plant with you, preferably in a sealed plastic bag.
