Float with a Scientist!

Come float with us as we learn about estuaries from two local scientists! Bring your preferred flotation device—paddle board, kayak, canoe—and your life jacket (PFDs required) to the Olalla Bay Boat Ramp (additional parking along road) and join an exploration of your local estuary. At 5pm we will do introductions, get everyone settled in the water and set out with two local scientists further up into the estuary. Our featured scientists will be Victoria Lehto, a specialist in wetlands, and Jeff Adams, a marine biologist with Sea Grant.
