What is the 4-H Tractor Supply Company (TSC) Partnership? Twice annually, once in the spring and again each fall, TSC runs the Paper Clover promotion to raise funds for 4-H. During Paper Clover, TSC shoppers are asked at-register to contribute $1 or more to support 4-H.
