Developing a Food Safety Plan

This training helps small to medium food processor fulfill Food Safety Modernization Act regulations that all personnel should be trained at least annually in food hygiene, food safety and food defense!  All WSU Extension trainings will be held in-person.  There are no virtual options.

When: November 29th, 2022 @ 9am – 5pm

Where: WSU Jefferson County Extension, 97 Oak Bay RdPort Hadlock, WA 98339

Cost to Attend: Fee is $25 for small to medium sized businesses. This covers materials, instruction, and lunch.
Small and medium businesses are businesses, including any affiliates and subsidiaries, employing fewer than 500 full-time equivalent employees. Class is limited to 25 attendees.

Cancellations Policy
Cancellations will be accepted until 3 days to the course, and the registration fee, less $15 will be refunded. After that time, no refunds will be made for cancellations.
