Use this number on both parts of your exhibit tags for each entry.  This is how your premium points will be calculated and paid to you!

  • Register Your animal projects by July 30 – The Pre-registration Cards are in the center of the NCW Fair Premium Book.  If you don’t get it to the fair by July 30, call the Fair office (509-745-8480, about how to proceed).
  • Fill out your exhibit tags – Use only the green 4-H exhibit tags that are available at the Fair Office or 4-H Office.  Refer to the Premium book and make sure that your exhibitor number is on both parts of the tag.
  • Bring your Exhibits to the Fair – Refer to the calendar in the Premium Book.  Animals enter through the SE gate, will be weighed and vet checked before admittance. Have your Quality Assurance Forms filled out and ready. All 4-H still-life exhibits may be taken to the 4-H/FFA Building.
  • There are two types of stall cards.  You will either have a breeding stall card or a market stall card on your stall.  These should be posted Wednesday evening.  If you have questions, please ask your superintendent.
