WSU Corporate Experiential Training programs provide businesses and organizations with tools that build effective teams, allowing participants to develop critical collaborative skills and build healthier relationships with their colleagues.

Participants will gain specific tools that will allow them to:

  • Recognize their strengths and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Effectively tap everyone’s fullest potential.
  • Improve their goal setting, decision making and problem-solving practices.
  • Formulate and implement plans for transferring what they have learned back into the business setting.

Organizations who engage in a long-term relationship with WSU Extension can expect to see a measurable decrease in conflict management issues, as well as an increase in motivation, cooperation and group effectiveness.

Organizations continue to seek WSU Extension services because we provide the on-going support necessary for effective implementation.
