Sauerkraut lovers won’t want to miss this session! This class will teach the secrets for successful quick-pack and fermented pickle making, pickling without salt and how to prepare sauerkraut.

Tired of using all that sugar in your favorite jams and jellies? There are other options for low-sugar spreads with just a few easy alterations and using some sweetening alternatives. This session will also include information on making pie fillings and syrup.

Bi-County Achievement Program

Bi-County Achievement program will be November 18th 5pm at Eastmont Junior High School in East Wenatchee.  It is a potluck, so please bring something to share.  Please also bring table service (silverware, plates, cups, etc).  There should be lemonade and water available.  Possibly coffee.
