In this 2-hour session for 4-H volunteers, we explore two major concepts:
- Ages and Stages: How youth change as they develop, and how we can alter our approach to engage them at their level.
- Positive Youth Development (PYD): The “Essential Elements” that build resilience and prepare youth to succeed in life.
In Snohomish County, this training is required within two years of becoming a 4-H club leader, project leader, or program leader. Join us!
