Join us and learn how to make a beaded key chain with charms. In this workshop you will learn some
simple beading techniques, and how to attach beads and charms to a chain. Everyone will go home
with a beautiful key chain ready to gift for the holidays.
All materials will be provided. We have many beads and charms to choose from. If you want to
personalize your key chain you are welcome to bring some special charms of your own.
This workshop is open to Junior, Intermediate and Senior 4-H Creative Arts members. Because of the
dexterity required to use pliers and wire cutters this workshop is not appropriate for primaries.

Juniors may attend if they have a parent who can stay and help them. We will have some of the more difficult steps already done for younger members so they can focus on the fun parts. Older members will have the opportunity to learn how to attach beads to head pins, and use wire to create loops for connecting to chains.
