The Great Dog Caper is a wonderful weekend event for 4-H members from around Washington State to learn, craft & have fun!  Members and their dogs attend workshops such as obedience, agility, showmanship (handling), rally and more!  Door prizes & gift bags!  Sponsored by the Snohomish County 4-H Dog Program and the Dog Teen & Youth Leaders of Snohomish County aka D-Tayls.
