E.V.O.L.V.E. Volunteer Training
November 19, 2016 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Not sure which classes you need? See below. All volunteers and interested youth are welcome to participate in any volunteer ed classes. Only enrolled volunteers will receive credit toward volunteer requirements and E.V.O.L.V.E. pins.
Please note that a minimum of ten participants is needed to hold a class.
What do CLUB LEADERS need, from the classes offered on 11/19?
- Club Organization (prerequisite; also an elective for Group Facilitation pin)
- Group Basics (prerequisite; also required for Group Facilitation pin)
- Delegation (also required for Organizational Leadership pin)
- Volunteer Update (can be attended by any enrolled volunteer in the club; recommended for club leaders)
What do PROJECT LEADERS need, from the classes offered on 11/19?
- Project Leadership (prerequisite; also required for Youth Development pin)
- Conducting Judging Events (also an elective for Group Facilitation pin)
What do PROGRAM LEADERS need, from the classes offered on 11/19?
- Project Leadership (prerequisite; also required for Youth Development pin)
- Delegation (also required for Organizational Leadership pin)
- Conducting Judging Events (also an elective for Group Facilitation pin)
- Volunteer Update (attend any of the seven offerings)
OTHER classes being offered on 11/19:
- Stress Management (elective class for Personal Development pin)
- Volunteer Update (required by one volunteer/club, any date; recommended for all)
