Counties are limited to eight senior and intermediate 4-H individual youth contestants.  Counties may combine up to four individuals at each level to form a county team.  Those participating as a county team must be designated on the entry form.  NOTE: Only participants competing as Individuals will participate in the Individual Impromptu phase.  Teams will complete Prepared Problem and Team Impromtu only.
