Health projects help 4-Hers learn to build healthy habits and maintain them into adulthood.
Health projects are available for 4-Hers of all ages, though some projects may not be available for Cloverbuds.

Emotional Health & Wellbeing is a multi-faceted project area that focuses on teaching 4-Hers how to thrive in stressful environments. They can also learn how to create environments that are safe and positive for them and those around them.
