Northwest District Teen Rally (Combined with SW District Rally) on Oct 28-30, 2016 at Fort Casey on Whidbey Island which is for members that are in the 7-12^th grade. There will be workshops, dances and lots of other fun things to do. On Sunday you will elect the State Ambassadors (SA) for the next 18 months’ commitment and youth for positions on the WA State Advisory Board that will represent all 4-H members at the state level.
