August 1st Due Date!

  • Scholarship Tickets due to Club Leader or Extension Office
  • Demonstrations and Record Books Due to Extension Office by 4pm (from Club Leaders)
  • Educational Posters Due to Extension office for Fair Judging
  • Fair Animal Entry forms due to Barn Superintendents
  • CCJLA Tickets due to Auction Committee (see rules)

August 1st — Record Book Fair Judging (volunteers needed) 3:00pm Courthouse

UPCOMING CCJLA DATES  2017 CCJLA Important Dates  (Complete CCJLA Date page)

August 1 st (Tues by 4pm) – All ticket stubs and money due to Auction Committee. (Bring to Old Courthouse Foyer by 4pm on Aug. 1 OR bring to CCJLA Committee meeting, first Thurs. of each month before August, 7pm, Sequim Prairie Grange OR mail postmarked by Aug. 1 to: CCJLA, P.O.Box 2403, Port Angeles, WA 98362

August 1st (Tues) – All County Fair animal entries due to superintendent on COUNTY FAIR Entry Form.

August 1st (Tues) – Chicken & Turkey Auction entries due to Superintendent on COUNTY FAIR Entry Form AND AUCTION Entry Form.

2017 Fair Dates

Ongoing Events:
  • 4-H Council Meetings-Second Tuesday of the Month 7:00pm Commissioners’ Meeting Room. No regular meetings in December and January.
  • New 4-H Volunteer Orientations- Offered Spring and Fall!
    • RSVP to jenny.schmidt@wsu.edu if you are interested in becoming a 4-H Volunteer.
  • New 4-H Club Leader Training-By Request.
